General Manager is in charge of
directing and coordinating all activities of a
Service Experts Heating and Air Conditioning service office.
The General Manager supervises the P&L, steers
sales, and provides direction to all personnel
and processes for the center.
The Service Technician completes
diagnostic, service, and/or maintenance work on residential and/or commercial heating,
ventilation, and air conditioning equipment
and accessories. The Service Technician interacts
with residential and/or commercial customers to answer questions, resolve concerns,
and verify complete customer satisfaction. The person filling the position also recommends products and services and works under the direction
of the Field Supervisor or General Manager.
Installation Technician conducts heating, ventilation, and air conditioning equipment
and accessory installation and start-ups on residential and/or commercial locations. The
person in the role
also performs installation and service on inside air equipment and
products, as well, and has the expertise
to comprehend controls and wiring graphics
Customer Service Specialist manages customer
and billing issues with the highest degree
of respect and professionalism to resolve
customer issues with a single-call
resolution. The Customer Service Specialist is also held
accountable for assisting in
day-to-day running of the Service Experts Heating and
Air Conditioning service office.
Dispatcher, using company radio and pager policies,
dispatches calls to Service
Technicians, Maintenance Technicians, and Installers. The person filling the position also communicates
with the customer to verify the customer is informed
of scheduled appointments, reply to queries,
and to help resolve problems. The Dispatcher
strategically plans and routes the most suitable
technicians using established company guidelines.
